Chelsea Has Landed Safely!

After a long day of travel the Chelsea crew arrived in Whitehorse without any delays or mishaps - actually there were a few.

The flight from Vancouver to Whitehorse was delayed for approximately one hour because the Chelsea group only had thirty minutes to change planes which included checking in all their luggage and skiis before proceeding through security. Air North was kind enough to delay their departure in order to ensure that everyone was on board including all the luggage and ski gear.

It appears as though Laurie Garbut's duffle bag was accidentally picked up by someone at the Whitehorse airport. The Chelsea group travelled to Whitehorse with a local hockey team and it is believed the Laurie's bag was accidentally mistaken for a hockey bag. Laurie will be on the local C.B.C. radio show tomorrow and will make a plea to the community to assist her in locating her missing luggage.
